We work with service companies, manufacturing businesses, assisted living facilities, professional firms, and food and consumer retail outlet stores, among others. With years of international business experience, we are also able to navigate the legal aspects and facilitate the sale of businesses across national borders. Most of our clients are business owners selling due to retirement, health, long term exiting planning, and sometimes due to the untimely passing of a major stockholder or transition to next generation. Many are high-profile owners who are dominant in their market. The business to be sold generally has ample cash flow to support acquisition debt while providing an attractive ROI to the buyer. Most of our transfers are for private placement and are seldom advertised. Almost all of the businesses we work with have owner financing or outside funding available to well qualified purchasers.
